Remount Limited is governed by a board of directors, all of whom have extensive and diverse experience. All the Directors are passionate about Remount and how it delivers positive outcomes for program participants.
Their collective involvement provides good governance and oversight to ensure Remount continues to meet its regulatory obligations and maintains a high level of delivery performance.
BEN MAGUIRE AM
Ben is an experienced non-executive Director and CEO with strategic leadership, change management, and business development capability.
As a business owner and consultant to industry, Ben has worked with clients across Australia in the agriculture, transport, arts, tourism, and the hospitality sectors.
MARK BARBER
Mark is an experienced agribusiness executive and non-executive director.
Mark is currently General Manager of Farmland Agency and Agribusiness Investments at Elders and is a Non-Executive Director at Water NSW.
MARINA MAGUIRE OAM
Marina is a management executive with corporate experience in governance, finance, audit, and risk management. She currently consults to the Australian federal government.
After a career in Sydney and London, Marina is enjoying rural life in the Yass district with her family, which includes hosting Remount at GUNBEN.
RICHARD MILLER
Richard is a non-executive Director at Remount with experience in business management in the manufacturing, construction and agricultural service sectors.
He is a business owner and consultant to the construction and agricultural sectors as a soil scientist.
ROBERT (BOB) MORRISON CSC GAICD
Bob joined the Remount Board of Directors in 2022.
For most of his working career Bob served in the Royal Australian Navy, a period which included key leadership and command appointments, and membership of the Defence Senior Leadership Group.
CHRIS HOWARD
Chris is a business owner in the construction and transport industries with extensive management experience, including finance, safety, and risk management.
He has a passion for horses, cattle breeding and their management in his own Brahman cattle enterprise.
WENDY GOULD
Wendy served in the Royal Australian Navy for over 30 years and is now an Organisational Executive Coach and facilitator with the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
In addition, Wendy has her own successful business delivering leadership development, coaching and facilitation services to government and industry.
