Wendy served in the Royal Australian Navy for over 30 years and is now an Organisational Executive Coach and facilitator with the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM). In addition, Wendy has her own successful business delivering leadership development, coaching and facilitation services to government and industry.

A self-declared horse tragic of some 50+ years, Wendy’s work at Remount is aligned to her personal values and provides her with the unique opportunity to share her leadership experience and love of horses (and their ability to heal) with others in a meaningful way.

Wendy lives with her husband on their small acreage on the outskirts of Canberra and they have two boys.
