Ben is an experienced non-executive Director and CEO with strategic leadership, change management, and business development capability.

As a business owner and consultant to industry, Ben has worked with clients across Australia in the agriculture, transport, arts, tourism, and the hospitality sectors.

Ben lives with his wife Marina and their daughter Harriette on GUNBEN, a horse and cattle enterprise near Yass where they founded and host Remount.

Ben is currently Chair of the National Museum of Australia and a serving Officer in the Royal Australian Navy.

Volunteer roles include Chair of Marchmont Reserve Trust, Yass Campdraft Club, and NSW Rural Fire Service.
